Enhanced Group reported a net loss of $61.9 million for the second quarter of 2026 on revenue of $17.7 million, in results published on 13 August 2026. The comparable loss a year earlier was $3.0 million.
The company operates the Enhanced Games, a competition that permits performance-enhancing drugs that conventional sport bans, alongside a “performance medicine” business selling enhancement protocols directly to customers. The inaugural games were held in May 2026.
Almost all of the quarter’s revenue came from sponsorship tied to that event rather than from the medicine business. Enhanced says it secured roughly $32 million in total sponsorship contract value, recognised across several quarters as performance obligations are met. Management frames the loss as deliberate investment, describing the games as the foundational platform for both the sports business and as a customer-acquisition channel for the performance medicine platform.
This is the company’s first quarter reporting as a public entity. On these figures the performance medicine business the games were built to feed contributed little of the revenue, and the event that drew the sponsorship cost several times what the sponsorship recognised.
