Humanity Health and Quest Diagnostics announced on 25 August 2026 that Humanity Biological Age is available in the United States for the first time, sold through questhealth.com, Quest’s consumer-initiated testing platform. It costs $29 as an add-on to four existing panels — Elite Health Profile, the Men’s and Women’s Comprehensive Health Profiles, and Fitness Profile Elite — and requires no additional blood draw. Samples are collected at any of roughly 2,000 Quest patient service centres, and results are passed to Humanity’s platform.

The product converts routine blood biomarkers into a single biological age figure, then breaks out which systems moved it: cardiovascular, metabolic, liver, kidney, blood, immune and inflammatory, hormonal, and bone and mineral health. Humanity chief executive Pete Ward described the company’s aim as returning a billion years of health by the end of the decade. Richard Adams, a senior vice-president at Quest, framed it as lab-informed insight meant to prompt earlier action.

It is sold as a wellness and preventive-health offering, not a diagnostic. That distinction carries the weight here: biological-age scoring has existed in direct-to-consumer longevity clinics for years, and what changes is the distribution — a national clinical lab network and a blood draw people were already having.
